The Beaumont Chamber Foundation's Leadership Beaumont Alumni Committee is hosting a luncheon on "Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace". The objective of this training is to emphasize the benefits of diversity in the workplace meeting the challenges of self-assessment and commitment to cultural awareness, diversity and inclusivity. At the conclusion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Define diversity and inclusion and their impact in the workplace; 2. Identify how diversity and inclusion benefits our teams; and 3. Learn ways to effectively communicate with a diverse group while being inclusive of all.
